Where can I get an Offer to purchase real estate form for Tennessee for free?

I am selling my house FSBO and have an interested buyer. We will be using a real estate attorney to help us complete the actual sales agreement, but it will be a few days before we can all meet with her, and I would like something on paper. I can’t find a form online without a big fee.
How do I buy a house "for sale by owner" if s/he doesn't want to work with my realtor?

local office supply store — probably costs all of $3
call in advance — locals more likely to have than chains.

Call the attorney you’re going to use and have them fax you a blank contract.

Honey, that IS the Offer to Purchase real estate.
Call the attorney, they will give you a copy. Many times those forms in OfficeMax, etc…are not 100% legal in the state that they are sold in…regardless of what that silly box tells you.
Your attorney, if you are using them for settlement will probably give you one for free, seriously…they just print it off on their computer.

It is not wise to complete an offer to purchase on your own. If you do not include the correct criteria, or include improper clauses, you can majorly ***** up this sale. Have patience and wait for your attorney to handle this.
As a real estate broker, I can’t tell you how many ‘calls of tears’ I have had from those who sold on their own, and made a major faux pas in the offer. Of course, THEN they call for help.
